We are glad that you chose Elegant Mobile Grooming services. We understand the needs of your pet and you can rest assured that your pet will have an amazing treatment in a professional and friendly environment that he or she deserves.

Venue:

We will arrive at your doorstep with our fully-equipped pet grooming unit at the time of appointment. We request that you please keep your pet ready to be handed over when we arrive. The grooming will take place inside of our mobile unit start to finish. Your pet will never leave the home.

Grooming Safety:

Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse services to any pet at any time.

Also, please remember that our staff will not be subject to running around after the pet so it is highly advisable that you put it on a leash before handing it over.

Procedures:

Please make sure that the pet has been to the restroom before the grooming unit arrives.

It is important that your pet be left alone with the groomer for the grooming to begin. Owners can be distracting for pets and it becomes difficult for them to focus on several people especially when so much is going on with them. This is vital for the safety of your pet as there are sharp objects involved.

It is also not advisable to visit the unit, bang on the door, knock on window etc; this can shock the pet or even the groomer, resulting in an accident.

Tangled & Matted Coat

Using our service in a regular basis will help you prevent tangles and the worse case scenario of a matted coat on your dog. We will always make an afford to groom your pet as cute as possible, however heavy tangled or matted dogs will be clipped short to start re-growth undamaged coat.

Customer Satisfaction

Please let us know within 24 hours if you aren't satisfied with the service and we'll come back the next available date at no extra charge.

Customer Support:

Elegant Mobile Grooming has become 100% web based since January 2015. Appointments must be booked by the client using the appointment calendar online at www.911grooming.com.

Our support staff will be happy to assist you with any question you may have via email at customerservice@epgsmobile.com. However the support staff is not able to book appointments, provide availability or call you back over the phone.

Keep in mind you always have the opportunity to speak with your pet groomer in person prior to starting the service to clarify any question you may have about the service.

Payment Procedures:

We prefer to be paid in cash but please make sure that you have arranged for it before the groomer arrives at your doorstep. Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse future services to a client who is late with their payments. If preferred, we accept payments from all major credit cards on the spot as well.

Cancellations:

Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse future services to customers who cancel appointments

Reschedule:

Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse future services to customers who reschedule appointments.

Late:

Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse future services to customers who are late for their appointment.

No Show

Elegant Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse future services to customers who incur in no call no show.

Appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours will be subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.

Day Care

Also, please make sure that someone is there to receive your pet once the grooming is done. You may pick up the pet from our premises after settling a $50.00 day care Fee on top of the grooming fee.
